My stay at Paradise Bay was a mixed bag. While the food was fantastic and the staff was friendly, I found the location to be quite a distance from the main attractions, which required motorcycle rides back and forth. Additionally, there were a few cleanliness issues that left me a bit disappointed.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and spacious, though my bed was literally rock-hard, making it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.
Service
8.0
I appreciated the staff's friendliness and how welcoming they were, always going out of their way to assist me.
Location
5.0
While the resort was beautiful, it was quite far from White Beach, about a 15-minute walk, which I found inconvenient.
Dining
9.0
The food was great, especially the meals prepared by the Austrian chef, who truly elevated the dining experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included a pool just outside my room, which was a nice touch, though I did have concerns about the overall condition of the hotel.

I had a good stay at Paradise Bay, though it wasn't without its flaws. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. However, the location was a bit far from White Beach, requiring a small taxi ride each time. Overall, it felt cozy, and the food was tasty, but some aspects of the facilities could use updating.

While not directly on White Beach, it was easy to access with a quick taxi ride, making it safe to explore nearby areas.
Dining

The food was well-prepared and ample, making each meal enjoyable, although some options were a bit pricey.
Facilities

The hotel had a good-sized pool and friendly animals, but some facilities could use a refresh to improve the overall experience.

I had an enjoyable stay at Paradise Bay - Beach & Watersport Resort. The staff were genuinely helpful and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcomed. While the rooms had a charming vintage vibe, they could use some updates, particularly in the bathrooms. However, the on-site dining was good with delicious options that added to the overall experience.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious with a nice sitting/dining area and a balcony, though it struggled to stay cool at times.
Service
8.0
The service was excellent. the staff were courteous and attentive, especially with my little nephew who loved the pets wandering around.
Location

The resort's location was nice among the locals. it felt perfectly safe to walk around at night to nearby hotspots like D'Mall.
Dining

I found the dining options to be fabulous. the yummy pork belly was one highlight that I can’t stop thinking about.

5.8/10

My stay at Paradise Bay was a mixed bag. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the pool area was lovely, but the outdated rooms and odd management decisions really took away from the experience. The breakfast was decent, but overall I couldn't shake off the feeling that it could be a lot better.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was dark and kind of dingy. It definitely needs a makeover to brighten things up. The size was fine, and the high ceilings were a plus, but the air conditioning struggled to keep things cool. Access through the patio doors wasn’t the best either.
Service
6.0
The service was mostly great! The waitstaff was super friendly and accommodating, and they really made an effort to engage with me. Unfortunately, the manager's demeanor was a bit off-putting and seemed a little rude.
Location
5.0
I found the location a bit inconvenient since it wasn't close to White Beach. I did appreciate the cheap taxi rides, but it felt like a hassle to arrange transport to get anywhere.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was a highlight, serving generous portions that I enjoyed. The dining area had a pleasant vibe overlooking the garden, so that was nice while having my meal.
Facilities
6.0
The pool size was impressive, and I loved the outdoor garden area. There were also activities available, and the availability of beach towels and water goggles was a nice touch. However, the timing of some facilities was more restrictive than I expected.

My stay at Paradise Bay was a wonderful blend of relaxation and adventure. the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, though the location is a bit far from the bustling White Beach.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and pleasant garden area. However, there wasn't a great view from the room, which was a minor letdown.
Service
9.0
The service was fantastic. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bouquet of roses for a romantic dinner, which really made my night.
Location
6.0
Paradise Bay is located away from the busy White Beach. while this offered peace and quiet, it took a bit longer to reach the main attractions. The regular shuttle service was helpful though.
Dining
7.0
Dining was enjoyable and relaxing in the spacious area. although the food itself was decent, I wouldn't call it extraordinary. Still, the atmosphere made up for it.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the small petting area with guinea pigs and friendly dogs, which added a special touch for families.
